Technology Services Specialist

About the role

The Group Help team has an opportunity to join our team as a Technology Services Specialist. This position is in the Specialist band as an S3. The Group Help team is part of Affinity Technology Solutions within Enterprise Technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve common and low/medium complexity issues related to technology devices and enterprise technology processes addressing primary team functions.
• Cook with appropriate business partners to mitigate performance risks and appropriately escalate operational exceptions as required.
• Develop solid understanding of EBS and Affinity Solutions systems and processes.
• Perform all required reporting requirements to effectively maintain and record accurate system inventory and activities.
• Develop and maintain system knowledge documentation.

Pay

The Estimated Base Pay Range For This Job Is $25.00 - $43.27 Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.

Schedule

Securian Financial believes in hybrid work as an integral part of our culture. Associates get the benefit of working both virtually and in our offices. If you’re in a commutable distance (90 minutes), you’ll join us 3 days each week in our offices to collaborate and build relationships.
