Technology Service Specialist

About the role

DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Technology Service Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to perform continuous maintenance of enterprise storage systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and sufficient capacity for business-critical banking operations. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous maintenance of enterprise storage systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and sufficient capacity.
• Monitor storage infrastructure and identify and resolve system and performance issues.
• Provision and manage storage resources for applications and databases using on-prem SAN/NAS technologies, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, S3, NFS protocols, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for technology infrastructure incidents using storage array management tools, SAN switches management (Cisco/Brocade), Fibre Channel zoning, and performance monitoring within Dell VMAX/PowerMax, XtremIO, Unity, Pure Storage Flash Array and HPE 3PAR Storage environments.
• Execute data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
• Support hybrid and cloud environments.
• Implement SRDF replication solutions to support disaster recovery.
• Utilize technologies including Dell VMAX, Pure Storage, HPE 3PAR, SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM), Linux, Windows, and VMware ESXi.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or a related field or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience maintaining enterprise storage systems to ensure high availability, performance, and capacity.
• Experience with Dell Storage PowerMax/VMAX, Pure Storage, HPE 3PAR Storage, Dell ECS Storage, and NetApp.

• Dell VMAX, Pure Storage, HPE 3PAR, SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS.
• IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM).
• Linux, Windows, VMware ESXi.
• Storage array management tools, SAN switches management (Cisco/Brocade), Fibre Channel zoning.
• Performance monitoring within Dell VMAX/PowerMax, XtremIO, Unity, Pure Storage Flash Array and HPE 3PAR.

Pay

Salary range: $121,800.00 – $130,000.00 per year.
