About the role
Technology Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to join the company's technology team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technology sector.
- Conduct thorough research on potential candidates and prepare detailed job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct in-person interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and applicant tracking processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
