About the Role

IT Delivery Analyst provides critical coaching, mentoring, and auditing functions for Agile projects within the Project Management Office. They review and quality assure project artifacts, deliverables, and process adherence to the Flagstar Bank Playbook and governance routines. The Delivery Analyst oversees small to medium size projects, providing advice and support around critical project delivery functions, including budget tracking, financial forecasting, project evaluation, monitoring, and maintaining compliance with corporate and public regulations.

They support project governance activities including Tollgate readiness, assessing deliverable quality and completeness, and financial forecast accuracy. The Delivery Analyst verifies and analyzes the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by a project and helps project managers resolve discrepancies or problems.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and provide quality assurance of high or multiple medium rigor projects.
  • Advise PM on accurate project team, tasks, and financial information in Clarity.
  • Support scope of project with budget reconciliation in Clarity.
  • Keep current assigned project resources – both full-time employees and contractors – in Clarity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional Agile collaborative teams in iterative technology developments, including managing stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Advise PM on project budget planning and development.
  • Establish project work plan and calendar framework for supported projects; update, review, and progress in collaboration with project delivery resources.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Remove impediments that hinder project progress.
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and iteration meetings.
  • Monitor the progress of the sprint.
  • Help teams estimate iteration deliverables and increase velocity.
  • Manage development tracking system to include product and sprint backlogs.
  • Promote continuous communication.
  • Monitor and help improve team dynamics.
  • Monitor record keeping and file maintenance for the program or project.
  • Prepare records of project activities; oversee and ensure timely processing and delivery of required materials.
  • Verify and analyze the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by the project; resolve discrepancies or problems.
  • Serve as liaison for the Project Management Office; coordinate activities and exchange information.
  • Ensure the project development process follows the Project Management Methodology and Project Management Office standards.
  • Document and submit project change requests on behalf of the Project Manager or project coordinator.
  • Contribute to the development of the Project Management Office and share knowledge with peers.
  • Provide advice to participants; serve as a liaison; act as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports as required.
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job and complete required compliance trainings.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating projects of progressive size and complexity.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent (required).
  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience with various Software Development Life Cycle methods such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc. (preferred).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency with computers and database/spreadsheet/word processing software.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accurately review and complete detail-oriented information.
  • Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people.
  • Strong Microsoft Professional Suite experience.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross-functional insights.
  • Aligns relationship-building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results.

Pay

Pay Range: $49,427.25 - $80,699.00
