Technology Program Manager - Associate / Assistant Vice President
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
Partner with the Engineering teams to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Establish clear governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability.
Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with Technology leadership to shape forward-looking strategy and execution frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the broader Technology teams.
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in at least two of the following: technical program management, financial services industry, or technology or financial services consulting
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Familiar with relational database concepts and data modeling
- Exposure to cloud technologies (i.e. AWS)
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Able to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse viewpoints
- Strategic thinker who can connect big-picture objectives to detailed execution plans
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
- PMP certification is a plus

- Base salary range: $100,000 to $120,000
