About the role

The Technology Modernization Analyst is responsible for evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve operational efficiency and data management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements
• Research and implement new software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with business goals
• Provide technical support and training to users
• Document processes and best practices for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
• Experience with data analytics tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
