What You’ll Do Review and validate product requirement documents (PRDs) to ensure comprehensive product specifications that meet customer, partner, and internal needs.Drive program-level execution activities, proactively anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, escalating issues appropriately, and prioritizing projects and resources while balancing business needs against technical constraints.Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products, managing ongoing communications, stakeholder relationships, and overall project execution.Ensure product readiness, identify product gaps, and influence product roadmaps to optimize the customer and partner experience.Foster strong collaboration with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, to develop impactful products and tools.Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing escalations, requirements, and feedback, while effectively advocating for stakeholder needs in internal discussions.Explore alternatives and constraints for customer and partner challenges, utilizing analytics and metrics to design, pitch, and assess the impact of potential product or tool solutions.Apply robust systems design principles and understand their profound impact on user experience.Guide the team in sharing critical insights and potential solutions with internal teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Business Solutions, and Marketing.Drive data analysis through success metrics to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of product improvement solutions.Proactively assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis, communicating these findings to relevant internal teams.Contribute technically to solving identified gaps and issues by developing, validating, and documenting new features and solutions.
