Technology Manager (II)

Project Overview

The Compliance Technologies manager will help support the CTS (Company's Training Solutions) team by defining standards for vendor training compliance, creating accurate views for compliance data review, and establishing governance structures and processes for Company's FTEs, partners, and partnering vendors.

Overall Responsibilities

Review data sources from different data repos, highlight gaps and investigate reason for gap between Organisation, Organisation's partners, and partnering vendors
Lead meetings between organisation and organisation's vendors for vendor training compliance.
Highlight out of compliance risks for each vendor / partner, and drive action to close gap with the company side vendor / partner POC.
Test enhancements to the Training Compliance dashboard and solicit feedback on dashboard usability from company's stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's
• Total years experience: 5+ years in Operations team with vendorized workforce in a Training or Safety related role
• Skills or processes: Documented above
• Specific Tools or Applications: Experience with at least one LMS system / data visualization software (i.e. Tableau)

Compensation And Benefits
