Technology Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Technology Manager to lead the charge from promising ideas to scalable automation. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Set direction and coach engineers
- Protect focus and turn abstract concepts into practical leverage
- Identify processes ripe for automation
- Spot opportunities for integration between systems
- Guide teams through ambiguity and keep projects moving forward
- Avoid unnecessary ceremony and bureaucracy
Responsibilities
As the Technology Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies
- Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business goals
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems
- Coach and mentor engineers to improve their skills and productivity
- Manage the technical aspects of project timelines and milestones
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience with automation and integration technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services
- Understanding of data architecture and database design
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Skills

$160,000 - $190,000 full-time salaried role
