Technology Manager

About the role

The Technology Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination of all new product activities across the Bank including the creation of a standardized product process, project schedule matrix and product delivery status. The Technology Manager will guide the team of Information Technology professionals that are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all product related activities. The Technology Manager will provide guidance and leadership to the team as they lead multiple projects and provide service to internal business customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead a team of IT professionals responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems.
• Constantly communicate with various IT teams and business unit management to keep everyone updated on activity status, ensuring business specifications are met and delivered on time.
• Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external) and the software development team for requirements flow.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the team as they lead multiple projects and service internal business customers in a timely manner.
• Provide technical, strategic, and tactical consultation to internal business customers.
• Evaluate new systems, processes, and technology to determine how they may fit into the long‑term strategy or improve upon the availability of existing solutions.
• Understand how success in these responsibilities supports the job's assigned Strategic Capability.
• Complete assigned annual compliance training modules meeting established deadlines and passing scores.
