Technology Internship

The Technology Internship Program provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience while building the foundational skills needed for a successful career in technology. Interns are placed in one of several technology role areas based on business needs, technical interests, skills, and development opportunities, where they contribute to real business initiatives, learn from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to key technology and business challenges across Anheuser-Busch.
Technology Role Types
- Engineering: Engineering interns help design, build, test, and improve technology solutions that support our business. Successful candidates demonstrate foundational software development and technical problem-solving skills, curiosity for emerging technologies and AI-enabled engineering practices, coursework or project experience related to application development, and a continuous learning mindset that enables them to grow in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
- Data & Analytics: Data & Analytics interns help transform enterprise data into trusted, actionable business insights by supporting data management, reporting, analytics, and decision-making activities. Successful candidates demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative thinking, attention to detail, the ability to identify patterns and opportunities within data, effective communication skills, and curiosity about how data drives business performance and value creation.
- Cybersecurity: Cybersecurity interns help protect company systems, operations, and information assets through activities such as security monitoring, risk analysis, security controls, automation, and incident support. Successful candidates demonstrate an interest in cybersecurity concepts and technologies, an investigative and analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, personal accountability, and the ability to learn and apply technical concepts in a collaborative environment.
- Infrastructure: Infrastructure interns help support the platforms and environments that keep technology operating securely, reliably, and efficiently across the business. Successful candidates demonstrate interest in cloud, networking, and infrastructure technologies, foundational technical and troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, curiosity for automation and continuous improvement, and the ability to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives
- Contribute to the design, development, implementation, operation, or support of technology solutions
- Analyze data and information to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Learn and apply Technology standards, processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Support secure, reliable, and compliant technology operations
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Build knowledge of Anheuser-Busch's business, operations, customers, and technology ecosystem
- Complete meaningful project work and present recommendations, insights, or outcomes to Technology leaders and teams
Qualifications
- Current university student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or involvement through coursework, academic projects, student organizations, internships, research, or extracurricular activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- Interest in technology, innovation, automation, data, AI, and digital transformation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with technical coursework, projects, programming languages, analytical tools, or technologies relevant to the role area
- Passion for exploring career opportunities within Technology
Compensation & Location
- $26 per hour + housing & travel stipends based on eligibility
- St. Louis Headquarters
- Anticipated Start: Summer 2027
