User Account Management
- Create and manage student, parent, and staff user accounts across multiple platforms, including Google, Infinite Campus, Schoology, and Active Directory.
- Create and suspend user accounts, handle individual user requests.
Data and System Management
- Support the school's information systems by running SQL scripts, managing data imports and exports.
- Affiliate with tasks such as scheduling, course registration, online registration, transportation and state and federal reporting.
Technical Support and Training
- Provide technical support to staff and students for various technology-related issues.
- Offer training on new software and system updates.
- Communicate changes to the appropriate users.
Third-Party Application Support
- Manage and support a variety of third-party applications, including Adobe, EdPuzzle and Canva.
- Vet privacy policies for programs that will host student data.
- Renew district software contracts.
Assessment Support
- Assist with the technical aspects of standardized testing, such as Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments and FastBridge.
- Participate in tech staff training.
- Support students and proctors during testing.
