About the role

The Technology Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex customizations and configurations using Dynamics 365. The role requires a strong technical background, including experience with plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and portals.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design, and translate it to the technical team.
• Address any technical questions or clarifications.
• Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability).
• Design and implement solutions that align with enterprise strategies.
• Single point of contact for technical reviews, reporting, signoffs, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and the client to track technical progress of the project.
• Develop and maintain incident support guides, design coding review processes, and deployment interviews.
• Manage and ensure compliance with coding best practices and project management principles.

Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in technology architecture and development.
• Exposure to Agile - Scrum ways of working is a must.
• Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant certifications.

Skills

• Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365.
• Experience with plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and portals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
