About the Role

Latitude is seeking a technology and hardware transactions attorney for an exciting contract engagement with one of its global public company clients.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating hardware and technology development and sourcing transactions
  • Experience drafting and negotiating services agreements, statements of work, contract review and analysis, advising business on day to day operational matters
  • Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
  • Outstanding references
  • Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation, is preferred

Pay

The salary range for this role is between $170,000 and $200,000 on an annualized basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference.
