Technology and Hardware Transactions Attorney (Contract Engagement)

Latitude is seeking a technology and hardware transactions attorney for an exciting contract engagement with one of its global public company clients. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating hardware and technology development and sourcing transactions. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation, is preferred.

• Location: Remote

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is between $170,000 and $200,000 on an annualized basis.
• Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
