Information Technology Services (ITS) at Saskatchewan Polytechnic creates the digital experiences that help students, faculty, and staff do their best work—and feel confident and supported along the way. Our success is rooted in clear communication, thoughtful design, and a strong focus on the user experience. We’re looking for a creative, people-focused communicator to join our team as a Technology Adoption Analyst / Digital Experience Specialist. In this role, you’ll turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content that helps people understand and confidently use digital tools. From designing awareness campaigns to creating easy-to-follow resources, you’ll play a key role in how new services are introduced across the organization. Working closely with teams and stakeholders, you’ll help make technology feel accessible, relevant, and genuinely useful. This is a unique opportunity to blend storytelling, content creation, and user experience in a collaborative environment—where your work will be seen, used, and valued every day.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver impactful training materials and services to optimize the use of technology and generate business value.
  • Design awareness campaigns and create easy-to-follow resources to support the introduction of new services.
  • Turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content that helps people understand and confidently use digital tools.
  • Work closely with teams and stakeholders to make technology feel accessible, relevant, and genuinely useful.

Qualifications

  • Two-year Diploma in Information Technology, Business, or Communications (foreign education must have Canadian equivalency certification).
  • Five years of experience within an enterprise information technology environment in the field of technology adoption, instructional design, technology training or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impactful training materials and services to optimize the use of technology and generate business value.
  • Exceptional editing skills ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in published materials.
  • Effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Values diversity.

Pay

  • Salary Range: $2,736.69 – $3,268.96 bi-weekly
  • Temporary Market Stipend: $5,000 per annum

Schedule

  • Full Time
  • Regulated 36 hours (modified) per biweekly pay
  • This position may become subject to a modified work schedule.
