We need a digital transformation specialist who will provide expertise to drive organizational success by ensuring stakeholders successfully adopt technology solutions and maximize their value. You’ll create change management plans that streamline new workflows to minimize friction during implementation phases. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT change management or technology adoption
- 3+ years of experience supporting the intelligence community
- Experience developing technical user guides and job aids
- Experience developing and delivering technical training
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
- Knowledge of knowledge management practices
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Skills
- Experience with Agile methodology, requirements management and JIRA, or a similar RTM platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher

Pay
Projected compensation range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.
