Technologist - Weekender Days

About the Role

Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to assist in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Executes assigned duties with technical expertise and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates thorough understanding of radiologic principles, applying appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.
• Develops and implements procedure and treatment plans following established protocols.
• Completes documentation to ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintains equipment, rooms, and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care standards.
• Achieves assigned goals efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in the specialty area, meeting all CT competencies.
• Registered with ARRT in Radiography (R); CT registration preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills; valid state license as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT in CT.
