Technologist - PRN II

About the role

Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Executes assigned duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Applies radiologic principles and techniques for optimal imaging outcomes.
• Develops and implements appropriate procedure or treatment plans following established protocols.
• Completes documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintains equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives to uphold quality patient care.
• Achieves assigned goals to support departmental operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the specialty area, meeting CT competency requirements.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography; CT registry preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• State licensure as required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ARRT(R) certification preferred, ARRT(CT) preferred.
