Technologist - PRN II

About the role

This position involves performing imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support disease diagnosis and management. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning to ensure optimal procedure outcomes.
• Develop and implement appropriate procedure or treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Accurately document procedures in compliance with policies.
• Maintain equipment, workspaces, and procedure rooms to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to uphold quality standards.
• Achieve assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the specialty area, meeting CT competencies.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography; CT registration preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills.
• State licensure as required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ARRT(R) certification.
• Preferred: ARRT(CT) certification.
