About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operations.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect our systems and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT management or a similar field.
- Proven experience in network administration and system management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in network management tools such as Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, or similar.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
