Technician - McAllen

Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver and Appliance Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a 26 ft box truck to deliver and install household appliances for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Chauffeur’s license or CDL.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, load, unload, and move 100+ lbs using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
