Responsibilities

• Maintain all facilities and production-related equipment in a state of operation required to meet all current and projected production and engineering requirements.
• Operate in a professional office and production environment with exposure to low-to-high noise levels.
• Ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are performed as required.
• Install, set up, and ensure operational readiness of all required equipment.

Requirements

• Trade school education with 5 years minimum experience within a facilities maintenance department (work experience considered in lieu of schooling).
• Familiarity with the design, development, and assembly of electronic components.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater, and hazardous material identification and handling.
• Demonstrated process engineering and preventative maintenance experience.
• Experience with vacuum pumps is a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to operate a forklift (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and demonstrated initiative; ability to work with little or no direction at times.
• Strong service orientation; commitment to delivering prompt, quality service and maintaining a safe work environment.
• High attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with office applications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional overtime may be requested to meet operational and business demands.
