Technician II - Building Services

Responsibilities

• Inspects and cleans functional parts, motors, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
• Troubleshoots and repairs fixing or replacing plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry and painting
• Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the building exterior and interior, including snow removal
• Updates maintenance records, tracking, and completing work orders in a computerized maintenance management system
• Responds promptly to urgent maintenance requests, including on-call support for after-hours facility issues

Requirements

• Ability to work at other WesBanco locations as needed may include overnight stay and weekend work
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing
• Complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffold
• Ability to shovel snow and dirt
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to read and comprehend various measurements
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
