Building Technician II

Schedule

Full Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Building Tech, Level I position
• Ability to perform physical activities: lifting, climbing ladders, crawling in tight spaces, and extensive mobility
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
• General understanding of Life Safety codes
• Basic knowledge of hospital electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Computer keyboard proficiency
• Strong positive communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of departmental policies and procedures
