Technician II - Building Services

Summary

The position is 100% in-office. Employees will work their scheduled work hours at designated WesBanco locations: Fairlawn - Fairlawn, OH, Streetsboro - Streetsboro, Solon LPO - Solon, OH, and Akron Canton LPO, Uniontown OH.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and cleans functional parts, motors, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
• Troubleshoots and repairs fixing or replacing plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry and painting
• Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the building exterior and interior, including snow removal
• Updates maintenance records, tracking, and completing work orders in a computerized maintenance management system
• Responds promptly to urgent maintenance requests, including on-call support for after-hours facility issues

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
