Technician I (Tubes and Formulated Research Products) - Weekday Overnight (Mon -Thurs 7:00pm - 6:00am)

About the role

At Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), this Technician I position is part of Tubes and Formulated Research Products located in Coralville. The role is part of a global team committed to collaboration and scientific excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accurately use aids and work instructions to make decisions about proper production flow based on product type or services.
• Use a variety of lab equipment to process products including maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform lab cleaning and decontamination protocols in accordance with work instructions and Maintenance Connection software.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous laboratory and chemical handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, preferably in a related field.
