Job Description Summary Trained to perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per: S308S311-4 / -5 / -6 / -8Approved Valve-specific Engineering drawing and: Cleaning Procedures (CPs)Test Procedures (TPs)Test Reports (TRs)Qualification Procedures (QPs)Others as required Performs Pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methodsGowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroomPrecision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assembliesCleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing:Evident CIX100 Particle Counting MicroscopesWhite light visual verificationUltraviolet visual verificationTotal Solids AnalysisNon-volatile Residue AnalysisManual microscopes and video scopesPackaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructionsMaintenance checklists to monitor and maintainClean environment and equipmentStocks of consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.)Functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as requiredTraining of new technicians and providing feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods.
