TECHNICIAN C, CLEANROOM, 2nd Shift
Job Description
Trained to perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per: S308S311-4 / -5 / -6 / -8 Approved Valve-specific Engineering drawing and: Cleaning Procedures (CPs) Test Procedures (TPs) Test Reports (TRs) Qualification Procedures (QPs) Others as required.
Responsibilities
- Pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods
- Gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom
- Precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies
- Cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing:
- Evident CIX100 Particle Counting Microscopes
- White light visual verification
- Ultraviolet visual verification
- Total Solids Analysis
- Non-volatile Residue Analysis
- Manual microscopes and video scopes
- Packaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions
- Maintenance checklists to monitor and maintain
- Clean environment and equipment
- Stocks of consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.)
- Functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required
- Training of new technicians and providing feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods.

Schedule
Regular employees scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are offered.
