Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help drive improvement in the Material Department.
- Leads and/or assists in investigating discrepancies with shop orders.
- Transacts and delivers OWs to B6 Warehouse.
- Performs the cleaning process to Ship Kits and IND shop orders.
- Follows clean room protocol.
- Understands and practices class 100/1000/10000 clean room procedures.
- Performs clean room duties for 10K and 451 clean stations.
- Verifies count; communicates discrepancies to supervision.
- Pulls work orders or inventory requests for the shop floor.
- Always adheres to safety standards.
- Wears personal protective equipment when required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Education/Certification Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Requirement
- Work Experience: 3 months related experience.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Works in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp.
- Ability to sit or stand for sustained periods of time.
- Ability to exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to move arms, hands and fingers.
- Subject to hazards including working on ladders.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment.
- Subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.
- Subject to frequent interruptions.
