Clean Room Technician - 2nd Shift

ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking a meticulous Clean Room Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will work in a controlled clean room environment to assemble and inspect aerospace components.

Essential Functions

• Perform assembly and inspection tasks in a Clean Room environment.
• Follow strict Clean Room protocols to maintain contamination-free conditions.
• Handle and assemble aerospace components with precision and care.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working in a clean room or controlled environment.
• Preferred: Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly work, Knowledge of precision assembly techniques and tools, Fine motor skills and handling, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures, Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Pay & Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
