Responsibilities

  • Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Lean manufacturing practices, and safety protocols.
  • Complete required training on assigned processes.
  • Maintain organized work areas and complete daily upkeep of assigned process areas.
  • Attend monthly safety meetings and training programs.
  • Handle hazardous chemicals safely and according to company policies.
  • Participate in safety programs and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Report on task goals and continuously develop skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or related field preferred.
  • AA degree in a technical field or some college preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes or materials.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies.
  • Experience in Kaizen or Lean manufacturing practices.
  • Media blast experience.
  • Quality Assurance experience.
  • Previous experience in the parts cleaning industry is a plus.
  • High-Tech or Semiconductor experience is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a high level of safety awareness.
  • Computer literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including a gowning suit, hairnet, and frock.
  • Read and understand directions, communicate effectively, and work in a cleanroom environment.

Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SPC measurements and data logging.
