Technician – 1st Shift (Boynton Beach, FL)

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Our team is currently looking for an experienced Fleet Technician – 1st Shift.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers.
• Cleans and maintains service trucks, including inspections, tire rotation, and oil changes.
• Collaborates with the repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs.
• Maintains accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
• Repairs, modifies, and performs preventative maintenance on applicable fleet vehicles.
• Completes all required daily reporting as required.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
• Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Adheres to strict safe work practices to comply with all Company, DOT, and OSHA regulations.

Work Schedule

First Shift
Monday – Saturday
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Must be available to work weekends and maintain a consistent first-shift schedule.

Education and Competencies

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance.
• Welding and body fabrication experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read and comprehend technical reference materials (equipment and repair manuals).
• Experience with applicable Microsoft and diagnostic applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor.
