Routine Maintenance and Repairs

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Equipment Troubleshooting

Analyze equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues. Recommend and implement solutions to resolve equipment problems, ensuring optimal performance.

Collaboration and Improvement

Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing support groups to implement equipment improvement activities.

Inspections and Proactive Maintenance

Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.

Safety and Compliance

Follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures while performing equipment maintenance tasks. These include automated test handlers used for Wafer Level Dicing Saw, AOI, Mount, Tape and Reel manufacturing equipment.

Export Licensing
