Technician, Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain drywall, paint, perform plumbing and minor carpentry tasks.
• Operate power tools and site mobile equipment such as forklift and aerial lift.
• Training for job duties provided by company as required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment.
• Able to handle multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Some knowledge of computers preferred.
• Sound judgement and high level of work ethic.
• Completes required safety classes relevant to specific job duties.
