Technical Writer - I
Location: Lake Mary, FL • Duration: 3 Months • 100% Onsite
About the role
The associate will collaborate across multiple departments, working closely with managers, stakeholders, and various operational teams within the Heart Failure Division, specifically supporting Operations and Continuous Improvement efforts. Key tools include Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and PowerPoint. Experience with Windchill is a plus.
Process Flow Information is gathered from meetings, provided documentation, and internal systems to develop process documentation. Drafts are shared with stakeholders for review and approval. Follow-up is conducted as needed to address questions, gather additional details, and incorporate updates. Finalized documents are uploaded upon approval.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple documents simultaneously
- Utilize multiple sites and systems
- Follow through on tasks and communicate effectively to ask qualifying and follow-up questions regarding documented processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a technical writer or document specialist
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with continuous change
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, an associate degree combined with relevant work experience will also be considered
