Technical Writer

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI-assisted Technical Writer to work as part of a driven team to create and maintain product and internal process documentation for a scaling organization. This role requires day-to-day use of AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and formatting, paired with strong human judgment to ensure every piece of content is accurate, on-brand, and genuinely useful to the reader. Responsibilities Assist in managing product documentation and internal process documentationAssist with growth to manage simple to moderate complexity documentation projectsWrite, edit, and format product documentation and internal process documentation, using AI tools as a standard part of the drafting and editing processCollaborate with technical teams to gather and research information about products and processesEnsure technical verbiage is easy to understand for the end user while supporting content strategy and translation requirementsReview, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, tone, and clarity.
