Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits of field activities to ensure adherence to procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; identify gaps and compliance risks.
- Review and improve service procedures, ensuring they are accurate, practical, and consistently followed across teams and locations.
- Perform on-site audits of field engineers to evaluate execution quality, troubleshooting practices, and alignment with operational standards.
- Lead root cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, and maintain clear audit documentation, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements, support standardization, and reinforce a strong safety culture while ensuring risk and compliance adherence.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or certification in technical writing, quality control, process improvement, or a related field is required.
- 2–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Physical Effort/Activities
- Continuous sitting at a desk for a long period of time.
- Intermittent answering the telephone and using a computer to communicate.
- On an occasional basis, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
