The Role
Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical connection and protection products.
Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage virtual course setup, enrollment, attendance, and feedback.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
Audit and maintain existing training materials for clarity, accuracy, and learner effectiveness.
Travel to customer locations as needed to deliver onsite training.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience providing technical product training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role within the data center industry.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable learner materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with an LMS or remote training platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations.
