What You'll Do
- Drive employee growth by leading the internal technical training efforts for the E2 IQ Development Program.
- Assess company-wide needs, design engaging training solutions, and enhance workforce productivity.
- Plan, implement, and maintain site training assets, creatively building programs that anchor knowledge and boost performance.
- Develop and administer training content, developmental programs, and objectives.
- Train and coach leaders and other internal customers involved in employee development efforts.
- Develop and maintain training standards for administration of the training program and local site training centers.
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Continuing Education credits/certifications in relevant Low Voltage technical developmental programs (e.g., Fluke, Corning, CommScope, etc.).
- 5+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
- 5+ years construction/telecommunications/data center industry experience with a strong background in multiple facets of the technology.
- BICSI Installation certifications preferred.
- RCDD Certification preferred.
- Service orientation, instructing skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling.
- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet.
- Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so.
- The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
