Technical Training Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructor-led learning experiences that build technical and project-readiness skills for early-career engineers and project professionals
• Facilitates hands-on practice, labs, and simulations that help participants apply concepts to real work scenarios and prepare for project assignments
• Affords participant understanding and readiness through observation, discussions, and structured checks, and shares insights with program and business leaders
• Prepares and tailors session materials, examples, and activities for each cohort in alignment with program design and business priorities
• Presents with program leaders, subject matter experts, and managers to align training content with current tools, processes, and role expectations
• Maintains feedback and learning outcomes to recommend improvements to course flow, activities, and delivery approaches
• Supports cohort scheduling, communication, and basic session logistics to ensure a smooth learning experience from kickoff through completion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
