Technical Trainer (Spanish Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective trainings for the company users
• Develop a variety of training materials including demos and exercises
• Collaborate with product and support teams to update training content
• Create internal tools for more interactive training sessions
• Stay updated with product changes to reflect in training programs

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise training
• 3+ years of experience with APIs and/or software development (NodeJS preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Extensive experience using the company
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects independently
