Responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective trainings for the company users
- Develop a variety of training materials including demos and exercises
- Collaborate with product and support teams to update training content
- Create internal tools for more interactive training sessions
- Stay updated with product changes to reflect in training programs
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise training
- 3+ years of experience with APIs and/or software development (NodeJS preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Extensive experience using the company
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects independently
