Technical Task Order Program Manager, TS/SCI
About the role
The Technical Task Order Program Manager is responsible for managing, planning, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations. This role requires extensive experience in managing technology programs and portfolios, as well as leading within highly classified environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration, and testing.
- Lead and operate within highly classified environments, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and SCI.
- Collaborate with R&E program managers and maintain a deep understanding of the DoW’s organizational structure.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with DoD regulations and standards.
- Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams through written and oral presentations.
Requirements
- Final TS/SCI clearance (Special Access Program (SAP) eligible).
- Ten (10) years’ experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations.
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value.
- Five (5) years’ experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.
- Five (5) years’ experience with the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.
- Five (5) years’ experience in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Software Engineering, Cyber Engineering, AI /ML Engineering, or a related field.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration, and testing.
- Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs.
- Strong contract and program management experience, including managing support services contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity to this task order.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem resolution skills, including the ability to establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW.
- Strong technical domain expertise in Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).

Pay
The salary range for the position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
