Primary Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one technical support for customers by actively listening and understanding issues and providing timely and appropriate solutions.
- Answer questions, demonstrate features, troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone or email communication.
- Perform installation of equipment and training for end users.
- Perform required upgrades of software remotely.
- Document all customer calls using SalesForce.
Requirements
- Maintain client confidence by keeping protected health information confidential.
Qualifications
- Hands-on support and service experience in health-care or medical device industry in support of end users.
- Excellent Trouble Shooting and telephone skills.
- Knowledgeable in computer and network administration.
- Technical competence in using and trouble-shooting medical devices or computers.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues, bugs or problems.
- Familiarity with medical imaging, DICOM and PACS.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Limited X-ray Tech or Experience with Imaging Equipment or Anatomy a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
- Completion of Radiologic Technician Program or Medical Imaging Program a plus.
Experience
- 1-3 years technical support experience.
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and SalesForce.com.
