Technical Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Aid in configuring computers and setting up systems for new employees throughout the organization. Provide hardware support for new hires across the office. Offer second-level technical assistance to internal users, aiming for a high first-level resolution rate (over 90%). Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using tools such as Active Directory, Azure, and permissions management. Work with both Windows and Mac systems. Utilize ServiceNow for incident and request management as the company transitions to this platform. Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring timely and effective communication with users. Collaborate with team members across the country, including remote colleagues, to provide consistent and reliable IT support.
