Position Overview
Provide hands-on technical support to users across multiple departments.
Troubleshoot hardware issues such as printers, monitors, and network connectivity.
Affix network printers, connect devices to the network, and resolve system errors.
Support Windows 11 and Mac system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical challenges and improve overall user support services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-person, hands-on support experience with hardware and software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 and hardware issues like monitors and printers.
- Experience supporting MacBooks and related Apple devices.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
