Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of assembled equipment.
• Disassemble used equipment and clean reusable parts for reassembly.
• Create shipping labels, track shipping, package parts for shipping, and receive parts and returned equipment.
• Help manage parts inventory.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience.
• Hands-on experience maintaining equipment or assembling equipment.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• A strong mechanical aptitude.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Complete routine assignments without constant guidance.
• Work alone at times once training is complete.
• A positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma preferred with an Associate’s Degree.
