Responsibilities

- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

- Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates

- Assist with user account setup and password resets

- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams

- Support Microsoft 365 and other business applications

- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and best practices

- Maintain accurate technical documentation

- Monitor support ticket queues and ensure timely resolution

- Assist with onboarding and device setup for new employees

- Perform additional technical support and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and computer hardware
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
