About the role

We are seeking self-motivated, results-driven FULL-TIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES to join our team. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy learning new skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Available to work between 9:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound contacts promptly via Phones, Chat, Text, and Email.
  • Maintain a general understanding of current consumer electronic devices and technology.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, qualify issues, and offer solutions.
  • Personalize support to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer contacts and enter them into the appropriate database.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure teamwork.
  • Meet personal/team goals.

Requirements

High school diploma required; one year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accurate and efficient typing proficiency. Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities. Flexible and adaptable when working with diverse customer needs and personalities. Passion for technology, including computers & electronics is a definite plus - have fun at work with products you love!

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH. Available to work between 9:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability.
