About the role
The Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who are integrating our product with third-party systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure successful integration outcomes
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles related to integrations
- Contribute to the development of best practices and training materials for integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience with software integrations and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with API development and testing
- Knowledge of common integration tools and platforms

Pay
- $85,000 - $95,000 annually
