About the role

The Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who are integrating our product with third-party systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure successful integration outcomes
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles related to integrations
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and training materials for integrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Experience with software integrations and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Experience with API development and testing
  • Knowledge of common integration tools and platforms

Pay

  • $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
